We have a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lindsays-shop.com. Items must be returned in their original condition, and we will provide a return shipping label upon acceptance of the return request.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
